Can you use rubbing alcohol on leather car seats?

I found out that someone that was in my car has bed bugs at home. I want to spray the car with rubbing alcohol, to kill and larva that might be there. Can I use rubbing alcohol on leather seats?

It’s not a good idea…alcohol will dry out the leather and possibly cause some cracks…best advice might be to take it to a professional detailing shop and have them do a very through cleaning on the interior.
I wouldn’t, only use specially made leather cleaner on leather. You don’t want to damage it. They have leather cleaner for cars in the automotive section at your local walmart.
I’m not sure rubbing alcohol will kill them, but I hope it works. Just make sure that afterward, you rub a good leather conditioner into all the seats to keep them from drying out.
