Yeah I’d be a little upset too after giving them all that money.Oh well,no harm done though.Maybe drive over to the Hyundai dealer and hope they don’t try to fish you in on some dealership scam.
i dont think that the dealership would be liable. I think it would have been better for you to have researched the car a little before buying.

Ever car on the road has recalls or technical service bulletins You are not always contacted unless it is a common safety issue or if you bring it to the dealer for that specific problem
NO! A safety recall becomes the issue of the buyer. It is not mandatory if the owner does not feel like taking it in. You are being very rude about the situation. Just take it to Hyundai and stop crying.
