My baby can sit up and is way too big for her reclining bath seat. I am having a hard time finding a seat that attaches to the tub somehow. (I had a cool one for my 10 year old when she was a baby that suctioned onto the bottom and it buckled them in) Any suggestions?

How do I get rid of a toddler (to make room in the house for someone else) without getting other children in the household taken away?

I’m curious… How old is your toddler and what size shoe does s/he wear? I’m asking because my sis-in-law made a comment that my son has big feet. He’s super tall though (off the charts), so I just told her he’s tall and tall guys have big feet! He’s 21 months and in a size 8. How about your toddler(s)?
I think my SIL didn’t know what she is talking about. My son sounds pretty much on track to me!

I’m 17 weeks pregnant. I was debating on which one to get. A typical one which goes up to 22 pounds or 29"… what age did your baby outgrow that? Or an extended one like the snugride 32, 35 or the keyfit 30? In my dream world, I would like it to last us through the first year. If my baby outgrows it at 6 months old, I’d be pissed cause that’s the start of winter.

My twins are almost two and have learned how to climb into each others cribs. Sometimes they fall on the floor when they do this, so I’m thinking toddler bed time. Should I give them seperate beds, or should they share a queen bed? They shared a crib until they were 7 or 8 months and would fit any more.
Do you think it would be harder with one bed or two? And do you think if they are in the same room still that it will even be possible to keep them in their beds at all? How do I even attempt this?

I run the toddler class at the church I attend. It’s my first time having total control of a curriculum and class. Right now I have the ages 1yr old through 4yrs old and I was wondering how do I make myself a better teacher besides with time?
Also what are some good, preferably bible, songs to do with the kids? And what are some good games to play with children this age?
THANKS!

First off, I’m a GM fan and have family who works for GM, so other makes are out of the question. I’m 6’4" and I can fit in the back seat, why won’t a rear facing infant seat fit? It’s a Graco seat and I’d think GM would check this during design seeing as how younger families would have interest in the car. Do other brands of car seats take up less room? Thanks!

We’re thinking about putting out 16 month old in a toddler bed soon…maybe at 18 months. What age did you put your kiddos in a toddler bed? Any suggestions for the transition?
Also, any suggestions on a toddler bed?

Alright, my daughter is about to outgrow her infant carseat, and it is time to move up to the toddler one (as depressing as it is). Sad and embarassing part about is we are on a tight budget right now and can’t get anything real expensive…does anyone have any suggestions where we can get a nice, safe but cheap carseat?

I’m just wondering – I know it says to do it, but I wonder why?

What age did he/she sleep in their toddler bed, and how did you go about doing it?
My daughter just looks at her new toddler bed like its a big toy she can play on. But she will NOT sleep on it.

I need to buy a new car seat for my 5 month old son. The carrier we have now is good up to 22lbs and 29 inches long. He’s currently 20 lbs and 28 inches long. I would like to buy another carrier, but the max length I’m finding is for a 32 inches long infant. I’m wondering if that will make it to the 1 year mark when he needs to move to a front facing seat so I won’t need to buy another one? I’m assuming it’s likely that he’ll grow another 4 inches in the next 7 months?
My only issue with getting a convertible, is that I live in a VERY cold/snowy/windy state … and I thought it would be safer/easier in the winter in a carrier? Still a waste of money? Or worth it?

My son is turning a year old and this is my first child. I know it’s too soon to put him in a twin bed, but I’m curious to know what is age appropriate for a toddler.
