		<description>Just let your child ride unrestrained. tens of thousands of kids rode without seatbelts in that car and survived. As Light Bulb said, just use your arm, or hold your child in your arms or lap like mothers did in the 60&#039;s. Worked back then.</description>

		<description>As long as your child has a car seat with a harness system (you have to buckle the child into the seat with attached straps) you can secure the seat in the car with the lap belt only.  Once the child is in a harness-less booster however, they should not use just a lap belt.  If there is a crash, the lap belt won&#039;t secure the child correctly and can cause major internal injuries.  While I&#039;m not sure about the having the latch system installed in your car, you should be able to have a modern seat belt in your vehicle.</description>
