how do i assemble a graco snap n go stroller and carseat?

There is no real assembly of the carseat other then maybe attaching the hood. Installation is a whole other topic. I would make an appointment with a certified carseat technician (www.seatcheck.org).
As for the snap & go - If its the graco brand, then I don’t believe there’s much assembly. If its the baby trend version - you’ll have to follow the directions for the specific carseat model you have.
Look into the manufacturer’s website for step by step instructions.
You can also take it to your local fire hall. They can help you safely install your car seat.
