You can order healthier options in the restaurants. Ask for low-fat dressings and sauces. Try a salad. Or just keep your portions small. Oh, and exercise.
The best way to eat healthier on the road is to consider using restaurants which already have a healthy menu. Many restaurants today have meatless options as well which tend to be very healthy. Also, if you are addicted to things like hamburgers as an example, dont order cheeze, and avoid condiments such as mayo which are basically pure calories. the difference between a whopper with cheeze and may and a whopper with no cheeze or mayo is about 260+ calories.
order salads (dressing on the side and low fat), drink water instead of pop, eat foods that aren’t fried, chew slowly, park further from the door, leave food on the plate.
Order salads with fat free dressing, eat more fruit and veggie and get more exercise.
eat only salad in dinner and exersize
yes, the restraints should be helping. perhaps they are not on properly?
