It’s a good variety for people to choose from. I wouldn’t feel like you’re being greedy. My personal experience with a registry, is people just bought whatever they wanted me to have…even when I had a list of in-expensive items. I’m sure they all meant well, and there gifts were great, but my husband and I still ended up buying most the stuff we needed. That was fine as well, I mean it’s our job to provide for our baby. I’m currently 25 weeks pregnant, and not signing up for a registry this time, maybe will get what we need, LOL. Anyway, you didn’t ask for a personal novel, so I will stop here. Good luck with everything.
I would definitely be able to find stuff on there that I could buy you. People won’t necessarily buy all things off your registry either, so if they don’t find something fitting they will get you something else.

You should have alot of people at your shower then, right? My list is almost the same with about 85 people attending the shower in October. The most expensive things should be the big things like the crib, stroller, bassinett, etc….It may look like alot to poeple but alot of this stuff ( and mine) is 8.99, 4.99, and stuff like that.
okay this might shock you, but your grand total of things that you think you need for this first baby… is over two thousand dollars. i know cuz i added it up on my calcuator that’s a lot of stuff and most of it will be obsolete in about a year. you could actually put a down payment on a house with money like that. i am not trying to be rude or mean in any way, but i do think you are going over board here.
here are a couple of my observations about your list… no offense just observations okay..
the breast pump is private should be purchased by baby’s mom and dad
there are great stroller car seat combos for less than what you have the car seat listed for.
the spoons can be purchased at the dollar store
the humidifier should be bought by the parents if the child needs it
what did our grand parents do without a color screen baby monitor?
there are awesome pack and plays out there for under a hundred dollars (mine even came with a dual level mattress position and a changing center.)
p.s. before you get angry and think that i’m against the whole idea of these registries, cuz i’m really not, i just think that when a baby comes everyone usually brings really cool stuff to the showers and with you having three, i doubt very much that your little one is going to be missing out on anything.
No, I think you have given lots of good options for people at all price ranges. I have bought so many baby gifts lately and no one has had reasonable gift options…. wish I had friends like you who registered for realistic price points!
go ahead and register for anything you want. i did, but im going to be honest with you…a lot of people dont even go off your registry. however you might be suprised though, sometimes people gets you gifts you never thought you’d get!
there’s alot of stuff that anyone on any budget can pick out. as for my personal opinion the parents should pay for the crib and more expensive stuff.
it looks like you registered for a range of things that vary in price which is good. i didn’t register for the crib or any of that expensive stuff because my mom bought it for me before i had any showers. generally i am not much on buying directly off of registries. i usually will buy one or two things and then buy something that i want to buy. also i prefer to buy a lot of smaller things that are lower priced and make up a basket rather than buy one big thing. it just seems more "fun" and nobody likes to give a carseat when you can give cute little baby things.
I think it seems like you have a good mix of low to medium priced items and then only a few of the bigger ones. Sometimes people will go into together on a gift to get you something they know you will need. Do you think you would be buying yourself anything before the showers- like the crib or carseat? Those are usually pricier items and maybe more likely not to be purchased. Most people appreciate a registry for a shower because they want to know what you need and want to spend their hard earned cash on something you need/want.

) What we did was not add anything under $10 because we were so anxious to shop lol. But it looks good. We registered at the same places too
