Need to find 2 of the smallest car seats and the smallest booster for a set of 2-3 yr twins and a 4 yr old.?
My loving husband just totaled our minivan. No one was hurt now we need to find the smallest car seats and booster to fit inside a car, since we can not afford to buy another van. We are looking at buying a Chevy Impala with 3 sets of latch systems in the back. Hope someone has ideas on what to get. The twins are about 30lbs and the 4yr old is about 39lbs. Money is very tight since we owe ,000 on the van and are looking at only getting between ,000 to ,000 back. A word of warning get the gap insurance it is only about 0 and as you can see can save you thousands. Insurance says that they will cover the cost of replacing the car seats since the kids were in them at the time of the accident but I am not holding my breath. Please we are desperate for answers. Please I need personal experience if at all possible. Thank you all very much for all your answers.

I like the Sunshine Kids Radian 65. You can easily fit three in a row and they are very comfortable and safe. They ARE a bit more expensive but they are worth every penny. Just make sure you comparison shop to get the best price.
My insurance covered my car seats after I was in an accident. They did require me to submit receipts and then reimbursed me. I just put them on a credit card and then used the insurance check to pay for them the next month.

I have a small Honda Civic and wondered the same thing when I have my next baby. That will be two in the back seat.
Does your four year old still have to have the back to the booster? If not, most of them are pretty small and about the same size. If he has to have the back, get one that can be removed as he grows. And does your middle have a shoulder strap? If not he has to go on the side with a booster seat. And the twins will have to be side by side.
This care seat for the twins is really nice for small cars. I haven’t seen it in real life yet, but I am sure you can call the company and get more info. It looks awesome. I really want one. And they look so cute and are getting great reviews. http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3499741
