There is a trick to it. I had a hard time at first too. I have the same stroller w/ the same car seat.
When you put it in it needs to face you. It will seem weird but when you put the seat it your baby will need to be sitting almost upright. (The seat will be at a little less than a 45 degree angle.) When you put it in you will need to take the center cup holder and pull it up. You will hear a little "snap" when you get the cup holder to latch on the little red hook on the car seat. It will probably take you a few tries. (Always test it by pulling up.)
