My favorite, of the 7 strollers I’ve used is a cheaper version of the jogger stroller. Mine has adjustable handles, and for a drink holder, I used one that normally goes on a microphone stand (same size as the handles-available from http://www.karaoke.com). It is made for a little bit older child, however, I placed my car seat in it, and it worked pretty good.
And, the great news, I bought it for $15.00 at a yard sale. It was already clean looking, but I washed everything in Dreft, and it looks like brand-new. Many used stores have cheaper strollers, and you can try and see the ones you like at stores like Walmart and at thrift stores. Good luck!
