I have been doing some of my own research and Graco really isn’t the greatest seat. I hear that they are hard to install and are not very comfortable for your baby. Personally, I going to get my son a Britax Marathon Car Seat. I know that they are pr icy, but I think it is well worth it. Anyway, Fisher Price makes a car seat called the Fisher Price Safe Voyage Car Seat. This car seat is less then $200.00 dollars and is made by Britax. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that the Marathon does, but it is made by Britax. It can hold a child until they are 55 pounds.
I know what you mean my girls always had there legs hanging way over. That’s what i got this time I hope it works I’m not due till may or id let you know . good luck
I recommend it.
If your baby grows out of it, just put him in a convertable seat rear facing.
they also make a car seat where it is a infant and toddler car seat into one.
I know our local walmart has them you can try http://www.walmart.com and look at them. There nice and save a lot of money!
i had a graco and would recommend they are great i had a big girl congrats and good luck to you both
I reccomend it, you want to have the best for your child, even if it means changing car seats often. With your 4th child, just keep doing what you are doing, and good luck to you!
i have a 13 month old son born at 9 lbs 5 oz and he was 4 weeks earily and just thought this might help by the time he was 3months the police who does a car seat program in my state said he was getting to big so they took pool noodles and put in in the back of the car seat under the part where the seat is two of them his feet were touching anymore for like a month or two then we just said the heck with it and got a convertible seat the seat ur talking about does not have any adjustment’s in the crotch area and ten to be too snug there so ur best bet is to get an Eddie bower infant toddler car seat the usually run about 100 to 150 dollar’s and go up to 5 to 40 lbs but they adjust to babies and have a base u can use and also when they get older u can take the base out it also reclines so when they are backwards they are in the right position
Our second baby is 6 months old and he outgrew his carrier/seat at 5 months. If i had known i would have saved myself a headache and just gotten a convertable. Why don’t you just go with that option?
