i currently own a 2 seat convertible and im now 6 months pregnant, i know the laws on babies using the baby car seat and know they are ok up to 3 years in the front, but will she be ok (as long as i purchase the correct seat for her) to continue to travel in the front with me when she is older? as i heard somewhere once they are over 3 they must travel in the back?

I’m a new mom so I don’t know ANYTHING about baby items. I was just wondering if there is such a thing as a stroller that can be used from 0 months to 3 years old or if you have to buy different strollers for different age groups, like 0 months-9 months, and then 9 months- 2 years.

My husband got a seat belt ticket and he thinks his last one was less than 3 years ago. Does anyone know how much the violation is in California for a 2nd?

I’m due the end of October and by then my toddler will be 27 months. Most of the double strollers I’ve found are only rated to about 3 years, and they’re so expensive and I have to pay to have it shipped overseas so I’m not sure it will be worth it. How many of you found it was worth it? The other thing I’m looking at is that we live in Japan and everything is TINY. Most of the time I can’t even fit my toddler’s umbrella stroller places, so again I’m not sure it’s even worth it to buy one. Any suggestions on small double strollers for Newborn and up? Or suggestions on what to use other than a double stroller?
Thank you!

My second daughter is due in less than 10 weeks. with my first we bought the infant carrier and moved her into a convertible carseat after only 3 months. this worked great for me since i carried her around stores and had a stroller for the mall. shes now 2 1/2 and will be 3yr a few weeks after my second daughter is born. which do i buy? should i get the infant carrier and try to keep the baby in it for a year and then just move my older daughter into a booster or do i buy a convertible carseat and have to struggle if both are sleeping?
anyone have two kids about 3 years or less apart? which did you use?
i figure if i do the convertible carseat i can just have the baby bjorn handy. we do have family 5 hours away that we will have to visit frequently and im not sure a booster for my four year old will be comfy enough then.
im really wishing that i hadnt given away the infant carrier i had to a needy family last year or at least kept the reclining part of my older daughters convertible carseat to use rear facing for the baby. then id only have to buy a booster. lol
if i get the convertible i dont need to buy a new one for my daughter later. if i buy the infant carrier then next year when the baby goes forward facing i will have to buy a booster for my older daughter. im not trying to cut safety but to be the most cost effective.
my daughters infant seat was 0 and her convertible carseat was almost 0. I dont want to do that again.

I have a Bell Bike Trailer, It has a five point safety harness, and she can hold her head up perfect. My question is is it safe for her to use it yet, and what should i do about a helmet? The smallest I have seen is 3+ years, do they make them smaller? Where can I get one if I need it? All Answers appreciated! THANKS! The back of bike carrier seats are for 12 months and up, but I cant even find a helmet that small, the 3+ is HUGE!

I have an infant carrier/ carseat that I used with my first child, and I took it of storage to use it again for my second (3 years later) and the rubber handgrip has become sticky! Is there anything I can do to fix this problem> Even if it means a good handlebar wrap… Any suggestions?? Thanks!!

I am thinking about purchasing this. Is it really the safest seat out there? And, it goes up to 65 lbs. Will my babies be able to use it up to 3 years of age? I don’t care about after that, we will be done with school and will actually have money then. We just need something really safe to last us through school.
Would you reccommend this?

I have two cats-a siamese and a black cat that are 3 years old. I adopted them 6 months ago. They are indoor cats, but I feel like they would like to see outside!

Okay so I have a 5 year old and I have a almost 2 year old.
What I want to know is how big or/and old do they have to be before using the booster seat in cars?
I know the law now is something to the effect of until they are 8 years old or something like that.
My daughter is in a booster seat now and I think I put her in it at 3 years old but I can’t remember for sure, and anyways I want to put my son in a booster seat soon because I hate his car seat!
