Should I buy a combo travel system or separate? I saw some at babies r us but the material of those travel system isn’t soft. I also like an infant car seat which is very nice and soft but it doesn’t come with the stroller. It makes me confused. Could you give some advices? And what kind and brand of them did you buy for your babies. Thanks for your help!

I had some clients from Europe and they told me they bought theirs somewhere in the states a few years ago, but can’t remember where. Its got a triangle padded thing that goes over the chest and a similar one over the back. It converts any seatbelt into a 5 point harness system. I know it doesn’t take the place of a carseat, but we’ll be doing some travelling soon and may need to hop in some taxis or buses and it is safer than the regular seat belt.
We checked babies r us and walmart. Anyone know what I’m talking about? I can’t figure out what to search for in the search engines either.
Thanks

I saw a tub at babies r us that had a sprayer and everything, very deluxe looking.. I believe it was 59.99. I can’t seem to find it online though…. is this a silly waste? I have no idea what you really want in a baby tub! Also, what kind of carrier do I want to keep the little guy attached to me, and why do I want that one?

I have the 15% off one from BRU but I was wondering if anyone knew of where I can find coupons or discounts for Babies R Us or Chicco brand travel systems. I am NOT ordering online so online codes do not help I need to print them off and bring to the store. Thanks!

On their website it states that if manufactured outside the U.S. the car seat has to have some sort of label stating its approval in that country and be manufactured under standards of the United Nations. My car seat is part of the Evenflo Aura Select travel system in Oh (bought at Babies R US) and I’ve looked and don’t see any labeling of that kind on either the car seat or the base.
Does anyone happen to know 1) if this car seat is eligible (I’ve already emailed Evenflo and am waiting for a response or 2) if airlines really check the car seat that thoroughly. I mean I would think my car seat is safe because its sold in the U.S. at Babies R Us and isn’t recalled or anything.
Thanks in advance!

I tried out at babies r us the baby trend sit and stand double stroller- sonic with my 2 kids and LOVE it! However, i was sort of interested in a different color, and found a silver and red sit and stand plus at Target- for about less. However, I’m not sure it’s the same stroller, it looks smaller and it doesn’t look like the 2 seats are different heights like the one i tried has. Does anyone know specific differences between these 2 types of Baby Trend strollers if there are any? Thanks!

its time to buy a new carseat for my almost 1 year old. I drive a 95 cavalier so its not a big car. it is a 4 door and I still want my daughters car seat in the middle. I went to babies R US and saw the Safety 1st Complete Air 65 Convertible Car Seat its really cute in person here is the link http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jspā¦
I just dont know what car seats are good. It looks like it is but i dont know. I am thinking our price range is around 0 any other advice. I read the reviews on this carseat and one lady had to return it because it was too big to be rearfaced

I had a Graco lightrider and the front wheel somehow got bent and it hovered above the ground making the stroller really hard to steer. I was able to return it to the store (toys r us) for store credit luckily, but when I looked they had NOTHING to exchange it for. I went to babies r us, and their selection didn’t thrill me either. I did see the Peg Perego Aria, which my husband and I liked, but the price is kind of steep. The things that are important to me are that the seat inclines to a sleep position, a feasible sized under basket (the Aria’s is a tad small, but larger than any of the others we saw) and an adult cup holder would be nice. The lighter the better, easy fold, and the smaller it folds the better too – I love the way the Aria folds. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

Ok, well heres the deal – My mum and dad are both paying for my baby travel system/pram for my baby shower. But, my mum has told me to choose the best one for me and my baby . I have found a few : of course some of the prices are high and so my mum will obiovusly try to find the same one but at a lower price lol.

My six month old has started to try to try sitting up while she’s in her car seat, swing, ect. I’ve noticed over the last two weeks, while riding in the car. she is lifting up her head and looking ll around in the car. She will not sit back most of the time. The straps are pulled as tightly as possible without her being uncomfortable. Should I go ahead and switch to the convertible seat? The seat she’s using now is the Graco Elyse from Babies r us.
Oh yes everyone. I would definately be keeping her rear facing until she is 1 year old. I just figure it can’t be very safe for her to be sitting up like that in the seat while we’re driving.

does anyone own this baby monitor or know why it’s not sold at target, babies r us or walmart anymore? Was it recalled??? I own this monitor and I hate it, Ive had it for 8 months now and the base gave out. I literally have to press the button like 20 times before the base switch will stay on. I’m getting a new monitor but I went on to look at reviews on this monitor because i wanted to know if anyone else had this problem and realized this isn’t sold anymore and was wondering if it got recalled??

It has everything you need, but it’s the only store that has everything you need. It is expensive. Does anyone else know of other stores that sell the same quantity of things as Babies R Us? Walmart and Target sell some baby stuff, but not everything. Some stuff I hear (i.e JJ Cole Bundle Me or Chicco Infant Carriers) are exclusively sold at Babies R US.
