I am about to buy my buddies extended cab ford ranger. If I get it though, will I be able to put my son in the baby seat in the back seat of it? Is that legal in the state of Ohio? I am pretty sure you just cannot have a baby seat in the front seat. Anyone able to help me out here?

dont think wrong. i mean like is there a way you can create a baby carrier from your backpack. i have seen them new in stores they have a baby seat but it looks like a normal backpack from the rear angle. since they are over 0 is it possible to make your own? i have a toddler and a infant that will be traveling and that would be prefect. if it is possible anyone know how to do it?>

Hi, i found out i was pregnant 2 days after buying a BMW Z4 Coupe, does anyone know if it is possible to fit it with a baby seat into this car or should i just sell it (the car that is!)? Any advice regarding this topic would be very helpful. Thank you.

So I was wonder how I can place a baby seat in the back seat of my 2005 mustang. The back seats are bucket seats so I was thinking maybe I will just need to put the baby seat in the middle? I want to know your experience on/with convertible car seats for infants. We have a Safety 1st convertible one and my son’s head hangs way down and over when he sleeps in it. It looks very uncomfortable and stressful on his neck. He is still sleeping right much during the day which means he has to sleep in the car sometimes.
He is over 19 pounds and is 6.5 months. We are moving him out of his baby seat since he is getting so close to the weight limit on it and it seems to tight anyway. We are trying to find one that will grow with him up to 80 pounds if possible. I will pay extra for something comfortable and safe for him. Any advice and help is so appreciated!! Thanks!
We have the seat that is rear facing, but is a convertible seat, so he is still rear facing for now. Up until one year I think.

Someone asked the question about how long a child should be in a booster seat and it made me go and check out my own states car seat laws. I always went buy what friends and family said and have not checked them out since 2005. And just discovered in the state of Wisconsin a child needs to be in a car seat until age 4 and my 3 year old has been in a booster seat with a back since 3 1/2! He will not be 4 until this summer. Do you think i should take out his car seat with the harness again? He is going to be really mad if he has to go back into a normal as he calls it (baby seat) car seat. He fits fine in the high back booster it goes across his shoulder in the right place and he sits like a big boy in it because he knows if he doesn’t sit like a big boy he will have to go back in the "baby seat" but I do not want to end up getting a fine! If I put him back in the car seat poor little guy is going to think hes getting punished. What is your opinion? Also look up your car seat laws and let me know what they are im interested and make sure that you know them! Thanks!

I had this dream about a month ago. In my dream: I am picking up my one year old son from his mom’s house. (We are not married it is my visitation day.) It is my first trip with him alone. On the way to my house there is a mudslide that covers the front of my car,and pushes the car to the edge of a raging river,that is also quickly rising from flood water. The passenger side is paralell to the river,and the driver’s side is covered with mud. My son is in a baby seat in the back. I cant open the door,and the river is stopping me from using the other door.The fire department shows up,and a fireman slides down a cable stretching across the river,to my car. I hand my son out the passenger window to the fireman. When I do this the fireman raises his helmet so I can see his face. It’s the devil,and he smiles at me,and drops my son into the river. I jump out of the passenger window into the river after my son……….but that’s where the dream ends.

I have 2 children who are in boosters and a new baby on the way… I own a Chevrolet impala and the boosters are large which we will get slimmer boosters but is it possible to fit 2 boosters and a grace baby seat in the back seat of the impala? I need to know soon since I’m due in less than 2 months

My mom thinks i can put a baby seat in the front seat, as the two back seats are too small and unsafe probably…but some people tell me it’s illegal and unsafe to have a baby seat in the front…should i just sell the truck for a baby freindly vehicle??
