I am going to be traveling with my toddler. On the plane, he will be using a baby seat belt that is not designed for a car or van.

Toronto……………do the cabs have those baby seat or what i dont have friend or family member to help. what should i do?

Im looking for a baby seat for a women’s beach cruiser. I know there is some that mount to the rear of the bicycle, but Im looking for one that attaches to the front like on the frame of the bike any suggestions?

As we all know getting the car seat in and out of the car is hard as it already is by ourselves… but once i go to the doctor’s appointments or decide to go out and take my little man with me i was thinking to myself when is it safe to use the baby stroller without the car seat. i know that the back support leans back pretty far so he doesn’t have to sit up right… but he gets so hot in the baby seat.. oh and also when is it safe to turn the car seat around so he can face the front and not the back of the car.

Back in the late 80′s and early 90′s tons of them were like this and they were so cool! But I cant seem to find any. I cant understand why, they were amazing. they doubled as a cradle a bassinet a carrier and a baby seat!

My wife and I are expecting a baby. I want to keep the car and proposed getting a baby seat for my car. I think minivans are retarded and if that baby doesn’t want to ride in my car he can walk to daycare.

I have a 2 year old child and I have a baby seat for him. Sometimes I travel alone, so it is difficult to place him in the back of the vehicle seat where nobody will be there keeping a close watch on him. Does anybody know if California law requires the child to be placed in the rear seat at all times, or can he be placed in the front seat with me, where I can have a better handle on him? Appreciate any suggestions.

I have experience with the infant car seat all-in-one stroller and I HATED the stroller. It was a nice stroller but once I was done with the baby seat (5 months) using the stroller portion was horrible. Here’s why: The handle bar was too low and it HURT my back. There was no cup holder for my son. It was very lite — thus not very sturdy. I liked that I had a cup holder though and I liked it when it when it carried the baby car seat. That whole package cost me about 5 (9 years ago).

So I bought another stroller. I liked: the snack/cup tray for my son; the "boot"/cover that kept him warm; it was reversible so it faced me or away from me; nice size storage bag underneath the seat; it layed flat like a bassinet; it was sturdy but didn’t fold down very small. I also disliked that it had no cup holder for me and the after-market ones were a joke. This cost me about 0 (8 years ago) and I had to purchase a toddler seat for about 0 (8 years ago). I also had a miserable umbrella stroller for short, quick needs.

In all I paid 0 for the whole traveling package for my son and we used the latter three products for about 4 years.

NOW I’m having another baby and have found a few options but can’t decide. I’ve included the links and would love opinions. Yes, they are a LOT of money so I’m taking my sweet ol’ time and searching eBay too. Thanks for your input:

Orbit comes with a baby seat for 0. Toddler seat is another 0 but it’s also a toddler car seat. You can get a lighter weight toddler seat for the stroller only & it is 0. The bassinet is 0 and it works as a bassinet in the house too. TOTAL: 20 (OUCH!)

We have big babies in my family I was the same way. When she faces backward she can grab the baby seat and spin her head/neck around to look forward. Isn’t her neck strong enough and isn’t she big enough to face forward.

My 4 year old son still has his Britax baby seat and it is getting too tight. He is 43lbs and 43.5" tall. He is also asking to sit in the front seat of my SUV. I don’t think he is ready to sit in the front safetywise, but I do not know the expert’s guidelines on this. Any advice will be greatly appreciated

my wife was at work. and i know it was stupid but i just took her out to breckfast at mackdontals, 5 miles away from my house. we live in texas if that helps
