The infant carrier/travel system I am wanting to buy was made 05/16/2010. It is the Baby Trend Stride Sport Travel System- All Star. I have looked and found no recalls on this item. My due date to have my son is in July of 2012 so the car seat will be 2 years old. I was wondering if it is still alright to use? I know some manufactures have a 5-6 year warranty. Also, I live in Missouri and I have heard that some hospitals don’t except infant carriers that are over a year old.. Is this true?

I have a little girl that will be 22 Months when her brother is born in June. I have been looking at buying a double stroller, and an infant car seat for the boy. I have looked at all kinds/Prices and can’t decide.
Here is where i’m at so far:
**Baby trend sit and stand: Con:flimsy/ not much storage/ not much room Pro:cheap/ fits most car seat
**Graco Duo Glider: C: not much room/ ugly color/ front doesn’t recline Pro: fairly cheap/ lots of storage
**Baby Jogger city walk: C: much more expensive/ not sure which car seats will fit on it, P: lots of room, very versatile for configurations
**Phil and Teds Vibe: C very expensive/ not sure i like the back seat low to the ground/ not much storage/ hard to fold when i tried in the store/not sure which car seat fits. P: looks great/maneuverable
As far as car seats go i need one that will work with what ever stroller i get: i like the Britax infant but im not sure which stroller it would work with, Graco Snug ride has good ratings and is cheaper, and the baby trend is what my daughter had and worked well.
So please let me know if you have had good/or bad experiences with any of these and if im missing any that i should look at. Bottom line: what double stroller should i get and what car seat (that works with it) should i get?
Than you!

Does anyone know of a good travel system stroller that will work well in grass and uneven ground?
I’m shopping around for a stroller for baby #3, ( who’s due in 2 months!). I have two joggers that I LOVE, but the problem with them is that neither will work with an infant carrier or hold a newborn well. I’ve looked at the new baby trend brand jogger/travel systems, but I’m not happy with them because they seem cheaply made.
I’m looking for something that holds one child, cost less than 0 and will hold an infant carrier. It must work well on grass because I walk my older daughter to school everyday and part of that walk is over a grassy hill to reach the sidewalk. I know joggers, but I’m not fimiliar with the four-wheel kinds and most customer review don’t mention anything about the ease of use in grassy terrrain.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Ok so is this a stroller that can work as a sit and stand stroller for toddler and infant AND a 2 seating stroller for toddler and infant? With the toddler (or younger child) facing the infant…
And does it basically do the same thing as this one? Minus one extra canopy

I have a baby trend infant carrier/ car seat. The handle gets stuck in the up possition. and now that my daughter is 6 months old and we need to adjust the straps they will not loosen and she crys when we put her in because it is tight. FIrst question does anyone have this car seat and have the same problems and also does anyone know or think I should be able to get a replacement from the company?
just in case I was not clear. I want the company to replace it. I plan to get her a new one if I have to, but i kinda feel like they should replace it for me since it seems as if it is defective even though i bought it 6 months ago

I am looking at getting the Graco DuoGlider LX stroller (double). I have a Baby Trend EZ Flex-loc infant carseat and not sure if it will fit on the stroller. Does anyone know if you can put that infant carseat on the Graco stroller? Thanks for any help.

My daughter will be almost 2yrs old when I give birth to baby #2 and I know for a fact that I’m going to need a double stroller due to my husband being in the Army, he’s basically gone a lot so I’m left a single parent a lot, I’m use to it.
I was wanting some advice on double strollers, what brands to you recommend? I can’t afford a lot, we do live on a budget. I’m very partial to the strollers where one baby sits in front of the other. I’d think the strollers that have them sit next to each other would be hard to take into stores.
Please, any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!
MotherofTwins~Sorry but I live in USA and I know that the side by sides here are huge, LOL.
I didn’t even think about the baby carrier. I still have the carrier I used for my daughter, I guess I won’t have to worry about one for a while after I have the baby then! But I have actually found one that I like.

I have a hand me down "Baby Trend – Snap N Go" stroller from a friend, but I am planning on buying a Combi Shuttle Infant seat, and I wasn’t sure it would fit with it. Has anyone ever used those two products together?!
I know Combi makes a version, but they have since retired it, so I know it will be hard for me to find.
