suing Chrysler?

I have a 1999 Chrysler Town and Country minivan and several weeks ago the car seat went on fire causing a complete loss to the car. The fire dept. said it appears the fire started at the power seat motor. I did a search online the very next day and it appears that the same year/make/model car has a history of car seats just going on fire and causing damage to the car and in some instances, people were burned. There has been 47 complaints filed with the NHTSA besides my complaint. Now my question is, can I sue Chrysler as a class action case for putting our lives at risk. There seems like their is a fault somewhere in the manufacturing process or equipment used on the car. Please let me know. I don’t know to what extent we can get any compensation from Chrysler and don’t know if that really matters at this point. However, I would want them to recall the vehiciles. Just think if a mother with children were in the car and the seat caught fire. We are talking peoples lives here. not a car.

I have a ‘99 Chrysler Town and Country and I can get a used air bag module for when the dealer wants to charge 0. Do I have the risk of setting off the airbags? What steps should I take to take care of it? Will I need to reset anything on my computer after I replace the module?

The dealership said it was the module after the car would not start. The engine started to turn over then stopped. Now all I get is clicking. We have had problems with door locks, dash illumination, gauges not functioning, ABS error codes, Engine light error cordes, etc. prior to the starting failure so if you think that it’s something else then let me know that too.
Battery checks OK and is 3 months old.
Alternator was checked 3 months ago and checked OK.
The car could not be jump started.

best van for car/booster seats?

My husband and I have been looking around for a new van and we have seen a few that we like:
1. Chrysler town and country
2. Nissan quest
3. Honda Odysses
I love all of these vans but I really need to know which van has the most room and is most booster/car seat friendly. I have 4 kids. My 7-year-old twins ride in car seats. My 9-year-old and 11-year-old ride in high back booster seats. I need a van that my kids feel safe and comfortable in. I also need it so that I can easily install and uninstall the car seats and booster seats. Room is also a big factor for me. We have 4 car/booster seats in the van so I need to make sure we have a lot of room: the seats are going to be in the van for a long time.
thanks so much for your help!

Hi, I just got a new Chrysler Town and Country minivan.
I have 2 month old twins, and a 2 year old.
What would be the best safest way to place their car seats?
