I drive a 2 dr 2001 chrysler convertible, and really dont have the money for a new car for the next couple months. I was wondering if any of you parents out there have a smaller car and this seat? How does it fit? Or any seats you would like to recommend. I have a 9 month old, 18 lbs and about 28 ins. Thanks.

Hey guys I’ve finally found out, that its pointless to get a 2 door car cause eventually a 4 door family car is going to be needed. And it might as well be somewhat good now, than to buy a car now, and replace it in a few years. So I came to a conclusion, which car do you think is better, the 2006 Cadillac CTS or 2006 Chrysler 300? Currently the prices for both of these cars in Canada is:
Cadillac CTS 2006: Anywhere from 15,000-22,000
Chrysler 300 2006: Pretty much lower than 20,000
Now I don’t mind the 2005 models either so just take a 00 or so off them.
So the bottom line is, I’m willing to spend about ,000.
But I want to get something I paid for, so which car is better than the other and why?
Some questions I have:
1. Which car has the better interior?
2. Which car has more room for legs in the back seat?
3. Which car would burn for fuel? Which one would have more maintenance problems?
4. The way the car drives, what would you rate each car looking at its ride, handling, steering out of 10?
Thank you a lot!
I appreciate it,
George.

Or not. Ok we see the new line up that GM, Ford, and Chrysler have.
Now I drive a 1996 Honda Accord, and I am a sucker for Asian Cars.
Nissan, Kia, Toyota, I love them all. However, there is an
American car that has caught my eye. It is called a Ford Five Hundred ! Isnt that a great car. Five Star safety rating, command
seating, bland but Volvo inspired styling. I think I am sold ! So
what do you think ? Should I just get a Honda Accord upgrade.Like a
2003 version. Or should I go domestic.

When I say domestic, I mean a car
originally made in the US. Forget
about all of the newcomers, they
dont count. Even if they do have parts
or factories here, they are still
foreign.

My sister has a 2003 chrysler town and country and just got into an accident. It was a high speed rear impact and her air bag didn’t deploy and her seat collapsed completely laying flat. I am trying to find if this is a safety feature of the system failed.
Please help.

I have a 3 child on the way and need to find a way to anchor child restraints in the back row of a 2001 Chrysler Grand Voyager (SE if that makes a difference)
The 2nd row has an added bar on the floor with multiple positions to attach child restraints to but for the life of me I can’t find anywhere to attach in the back row.
It must be possible…. It’s a people mover… but How? Please help!

I have been looking for a new car the chrysler 300′s really capture my heart, I was orginally looking at hondas since I had two in the past and I know they are realiable great cars. I do have a 5 month old baby so safety features are really important to me. Are they good in the snow?
So what I would like to know is the 2.7L is it to small of an engine to handle that size of a car, So the 3.5L would be a better way to go? Also is leather a better way to go with small kids instead of cloth? I’m just so torn at what to do its driving me crazzzyyy!!!!
Thank you soo much for your opinion professional or from experience!!!!

I have a 1999 Chrysler Town and Country minivan and several weeks ago the car seat went on fire causing a complete loss to the car. The fire dept. said it appears the fire started at the power seat motor. I did a search online the very next day and it appears that the same year/make/model car has a history of car seats just going on fire and causing damage to the car and in some instances, people were burned. There has been 47 complaints filed with the NHTSA besides my complaint. Now my question is, can I sue Chrysler as a class action case for putting our lives at risk. There seems like their is a fault somewhere in the manufacturing process or equipment used on the car. Please let me know. I don’t know to what extent we can get any compensation from Chrysler and don’t know if that really matters at this point. However, I would want them to recall the vehiciles. Just think if a mother with children were in the car and the seat caught fire. We are talking peoples lives here. not a car.

I have a ’99 Chrysler Town and Country and I can get a used air bag module for when the dealer wants to charge 0. Do I have the risk of setting off the airbags? What steps should I take to take care of it? Will I need to reset anything on my computer after I replace the module?
The dealership said it was the module after the car would not start. The engine started to turn over then stopped. Now all I get is clicking. We have had problems with door locks, dash illumination, gauges not functioning, ABS error codes, Engine light error cordes, etc. prior to the starting failure so if you think that it’s something else then let me know that too.
Battery checks OK and is 3 months old.
Alternator was checked 3 months ago and checked OK.
The car could not be jump started.

My husband and I have been looking around for a new van and we have seen a few that we like:
1. Chrysler town and country
2. Nissan quest
3. Honda Odysses
I love all of these vans but I really need to know which van has the most room and is most booster/car seat friendly. I have 4 kids. My 7-year-old twins ride in car seats. My 9-year-old and 11-year-old ride in high back booster seats. I need a van that my kids feel safe and comfortable in. I also need it so that I can easily install and uninstall the car seats and booster seats. Room is also a big factor for me. We have 4 car/booster seats in the van so I need to make sure we have a lot of room: the seats are going to be in the van for a long time.
thanks so much for your help!

Hi, I just got a new Chrysler Town and Country minivan.
I have 2 month old twins, and a 2 year old.
What would be the best safest way to place their car seats?
