Charianna 9.5 y/o: completely out of a stroller!
Danielle 8 y/o: completely out of stroller also!
Scarlett 6 y/o: completely out except 4 naps!
Anabella 4 y/o twin: same as Scarlett
Ansley 4 y/o twin: same as Anabella & Scarlet
Gabriella 2 y/o: still in stroller!
Kingston 10 months twin: still in stroller!
Kelsey Marie 10 months twin: still in stroller
Those are my kids names and ages. I push around a quad-stroller around right now! But I’m due to have a baby soon (about 2-3 months). I’m usually REALLY early. Anyway, what size stroller do I need, because by the time I have this next baby the twins will only be 1 y/o. And Gabriella might still sit in there sometimes. Do you think I need a sextuplet stroller, stick with the quad, or just buy a single stroller and make the other ones walk! (i feel evil!) Thanks.
No none of them were adopted.

My daughter is 20 months old and will only take naps at home in her toddler bed. I am a stay at home mom so she is used to being at home everyday, but it becomes an issue when we go visit family or stay in a hotel. I am at my parents house visiting today and she skipped her nap. I can tell she is sleepy, but she just won’t lay down and fall asleep…any ideas?

I have a son that is 21 months old, he is really good about going to bed at night and really good about taking naps, we have been lucky and have not had any problems. Is he ready to transfer from crib to toddler bed?

I am worried he is going to start trying to refuse naps. What can I do to prevent this?
He must nap, and the crib is not a problem at all right now, except he is getting big enough to climb out of it, so he needs a bed.
I want to make sure it is a smooth and easy transition, and I want him to know the toddler bed does not mean naps are now optional in any way.

I’ll be traveling to Venice for a week in late March with husband and 2-year old. We usually travel with stroller (great for naps and long walks) but I’m wondering whether it’s worth it given vaporetti, bridges, cobblestones, etc. Any thoughts?

My newborn is seven weeks old, she does not sleep at all during the day. Maybe just a ten minute nap during the day THATS ALL. Then at night around 9ish or 10ish she goes to bed, she has always been a good sleeper at night. She sleeps a good four hours then I have to get up to feed. I only get up twice during the night to feed her. But why does she not nap during the day? She yawns all during the day, and she looks like she is closing her eyes but she is faking it. How do I get her to take at least a few naps instead of one or none at all??

My baby has never been able to sleep in the stroller and it would be great if he did especially when we’re out.
He naps in his bed, but when he gets tired and we’re out he won’t nap in his stroller even if we’re on a walk.

Our son will be 2 in September. Daddy thinks he is ready for a toddler bed, but I am not sure. Our 4 year old was put into one at 18 months, because he would climb out of his crib, so we had to for his own safety. Our little one likes his crib though. He does not try to climb out, and he takes naps and goes to bed with no problems. I am afraid that he won’t be as comfortable without his crib. He also rolls around a lot at night, which worries me about him falling out of a toddler bed. I don’t want to do it too soon, but I don’t want to wait too long either. Any suggestions?

I think I’m going crazy. I can’t really sleep during the day because of my 13 month old. My newborn is 2 weeks now, and I have to nurse her 3 times during the night, but she takes long naps during the day. When should this reverse?? AHHHHHH!

I’ve read the statisics and how much a toddler is "supposed" to sleep. I have a big pile of "how to" sleep books.
What I’d like is real information: how many hours a night does (or did if your kids are older) your toddler sleep, how often do they wake up, how many naps, and what time is bedtime.
Thanks for your input!

My son is nearly 18 months old now, for the past few weeks he hasn’t wanted to have a nap during the day (well only on the odd few days).
This seems was quite an early age to grow out of naps, what age was your toddler when they stopped?
Thanks
