If it is the bucket I would go with the twins being in the middle. Well basically no matter what you probably want both of the twins in the middle because if you need to reach them from the drivers or the passengers...they are right there. I have 3 rows of seating as well and my twins take up the entire middle row and the back row we don't even use now! But your 2 year old should be able to get to the back more safely. My two girls all most 5yrs and all most 4yrs will sit in the back row. with the middle open. My new baby will be in the front bucket seat driver side and then that will leave open the passenger seat open for me to sit in when I need back there to feed the baby or do what I need! Surprisingly, car seat do not fit the same in every position of a vehicle. The rest is completely up to convenience. I would keep the 2 year old in an easy to reach outboard position to be able to easily buckle her harness, especially if you are using infant seats for the twins, since those are so easy to just place on the base. safety-wise, put each sit in the position where it fits best.
