There is no usual cost. Fabric depends on the fabric and the space. A larger square table will cost more than smaller ones. Many weddings have satin fabrics that cost more or layer a sheer overlay on top of a fabric. That would cost more as it’s basically two table cloths.
It usually costs more to get special colors. Let’s say I want this particular color that the linens would have to order just for me, they don’t know if they will be able to use it for too many other events. It’s going to be more expensive.
LA is an expensive area as well so it would be good to find out the cost of competitors in the area. But as a new business and without as many fabrics and colors to chose from, your cost would need to be a good deal lower.
depends on where you go some are cheap some are just full of it.
Usually people charge around $2 to $3 for the chair cover and $1 to $1.50 for the sash (chair tie). That price is for the standard polyester or cotton chair covers. You can charge more for satin or other more expensive material. If you provide full service then you can charge extra for delivery, set up and take down, usually $1 to $2 per chair. I highly recommend checking out http://www.wedding-linens.com as your source for chair covers, sashes, table overlays and table runners.
